The Senior Training Director, Physician & App Solutions is responsible for developing and executing the learning and development strategy for the Physician & APP Solutions sales organization, ensuring training programs align with business objectives and drive commercial success. This leader designs and delivers scalable sales training that equips sales team members with the knowledge, skills, and strategies needed to effectively sell physician staffing solutions, accelerate performance, and strengthen client relationships. Working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional partners, this role fosters a high-performance culture through continuous learning, coaching, and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall learning and development strategy for the Locums division, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and business priorities
  • Partner with executive leadership to identify performance gaps and create scalable training solutions that improve recruiter productivity, quality, and retention
  • Design and oversee comprehensive training programs for the Physician & APP Solutions division
  • Establish training standards, competency models, and career development pathways across all levels of the Physician & APP Solutions organization
  • Evaluate existing training programs and continuously enhance curriculum, delivery methods, and learning experiences based on business needs and performance data
  • Create and maintain standardized training materials, playbooks, process documentation, and digital learning resources utilizing a variety of learning platforms and media
  • Partner with Operations, Sales, Clinical, Compliance, HR, and executive leadership to ensure training content reflects current business processes, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives
  • Measure and report the effectiveness of training initiatives through key performance indicators, including ramp time, sales productivity, quality metrics, retention, and employee engagement
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, coaching, accountability, and professional development throughout the division
  • Ensure consistency in training delivery and best practices across all offices, remote teams, and business units
  • Facilitate executive-level training sessions, training workshops, and strategic planning meetings as needed
  • Stay current on industry trends, adult learning methodologies, staffing best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve learning programs
  • Champion organizational culture and reinforce company values through all learning and development initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of Locums Business Development experience or Locums Staffing Training experience required
  • Obsessed with creating great experiences for the Recruiting professional 
  • Outside the box thinkers

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position starting to be $130,000 to $160,000 annually plus bonus eligibility

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
