Key Responsibilities

Strategic Account Management & Partnership Growth

  • Partner Management: Serve as a key business relationship owner and trusted operational advisor for strategic customer accounts. Understand each customer’s core business objectives and align SoundStack’s solutions accordingly.

Lead comprehensive Quarterly Business Reviews for top strategic clients, combining data analytics and storytelling to drive account retention and expansion:

  • Core Revenue & Demand Breakdown: Present monthly billable impressions and billable revenue broken down by individual demand buyers.

  • Audience & Targeting Storytelling: Deliver reporting on brand suitability matches, IAB content categories (e.g., politics), and genre-based listener profiles to help publishers articulate their unique data story to buyers.

  • Market Trends & Strategy: Incorporate third-party research on podcast buying behavior and market shifts, and refresh campaign strategies to address the buyer’s current pressure points.

Partner Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Custom Marketing Collateral: Work with the marketing department to build and update targeted marketing materials specific to clients, geographies, top-performing genre groups, and DSP-specific profiles.

  • Publisher Directory Management: Maintain external-facing publisher catalogs (collaborating with Marketplace Operations, who owns internal list maintenance) and maintain a list of publishers willing to participate in marketing materials and logo sharing.
