Microsoft's Enterprise Account Team focuses on helping customers accelerate their AI transformation journey. As a Strategic Account Technology Strategist, you lead the translation of customer business priorities into a comprehensive technology strategy and roadmap across Microsoft's portfolio. Working in partnership with the Enterprise Account Executive, you orchestrate Microsoft and partner resources to build technology leadership, drive AI adoption, and create measurable business outcomes. The role serves as a trusted technology advisor, connecting industry expertise, AI innovation, security, and business strategy to customer transformation initiatives.

- Own the customer's technology strategy, aligning business objectives, technology priorities, AI initiatives, and security requirements into an actionable roadmap.
- Serve as the executive technology advisor for strategic accounts, building trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and business decision makers.
- Lead Customer AI and Security Strategy conversations, documenting customer priorities and driving transformation discussions.
- Orchestrate cross-functional Microsoft teams, partners, specialists, services, and engineering resources to deliver end-to-end customer outcomes.
- Drive Frontier Discovery and executive engagements that connect AI, security, data, and cloud investments to business value.
- Create executive-level points of view and strategic recommendations that influence customer decision-making.
- Accelerate qualified pipeline growth by identifying opportunities, removing technical blockers, and aligning Microsoft investments to customer priorities.
- Promote technical excellence and thought leadership across AI, Security, Sovereignty, Cloud Platform, and Agentic AI architectures.

Strategic Account Technology IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
