The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Private Equity - Senior Associate Intern, you will engage in supporting our clients through the complexities of mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Within our Advisory practice, you will be part of a team that provides strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services to help clients make informed decisions and maximize value. As an Intern, you will focus on learning and gaining exposure to PwC's practices, supporting teams with basic tasks, and participating in projects. This role emphasizes developing your personal brand while observing and contributing to the team's success.

Responsibilities
- Supporting teams in conducting financial due diligence and financial statement analysis for potential acquisitions
- Participating in the evaluation of business plans and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Assisting in the development of acquisition strategies and deal structures to maximize value creation
- Engaging in scenario analysis and industry trend analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Contributing to the preparation of financial models to assess potential deal outcomes
- Collaborating with team members on post-merger integration initiatives to drive successful outcomes
- Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain insights into corporate development and M&A strategy
- Applying a learning mindset to understand the dynamics of deal strategy and execution within the advisory context
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Client service Senior Associate intern positions are for job seekers who are one year away from graduation of their MBA program at the time of application

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000 - $202,000 and will be prorated for the time of employment. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
