The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Deals Strategy Private Equity Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships, maximizing value and driving successful deal outcomes. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your skills to provide strategic advice, due diligence, and valuation services, helping clients make informed decisions and achieve sustainable growth in today's dynamic market.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will navigate complex situations, anticipate client needs, and deliver quality solutions. Your role involves mentoring junior team members, analyzing complex problems, and maintaining professional standards. You will embrace increased ambiguity, using these moments as opportunities to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role at PwC, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic initiatives for mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients across the full transaction lifecycle. Your ability to analyze complex concepts and interpret feedback will be crucial in delivering impactful solutions that align with the firm's methodologies and business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Conducting comprehensive financial due diligence to support mergers and acquisitions
- Developing acquisition strategies and evaluating business plans to identify growth opportunities
- Performing competitive analysis and industry trend analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Building financial models to assess potential deal structures and financial outcomes
- Collaborating with corporate development teams to drive value creation initiatives
- Leading post-merger integration efforts to align systems, processes, and cultures
- Utilizing scenario analysis to anticipate risks and optimize strategic planning
- Engaging in strategic planning to enhance corporate development and deal execution
- Analyzing financial statements to provide insights into financial health and performance
- Supporting clients in navigating complex deal strategies and maximizing transaction value
What You Must Have
- Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's of Business Administration degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- These client service Senior Associate positions are for job seekers who are in their final year of their MBA program at the time of application

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
