Charter Manufacturing is now hiring Supply Chain Analysts into the Rotational Program for December 2026 Graduates!

The Supply Chain Rotational Analyst targets recent college graduates to build Supply Chain talent and organizational bench strength through a two to three-year rotational program. The program offers an excellent opportunity for individuals early in their careers to learn the many facets of both Supply Chain and Charter Manufacturing.

Concentrated Rotational Areas:

  • Procurement

  • Supply & Demand Planning

  • Transportation

  • Supply Chain Transformation

Rotational Program Structure:

  • 1st Rotation: Charter Casting - Woodstock, IL (12 Months)

  • 2nd Rotation: Charter Steel - Saukville, WI (12 Months)

  • 3rd Rotation: Charter Wire - Milwaukee, WI (12 Months)

  • Start Date: January 2027

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

  • Excellent academic record with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.

  • Supply Chain or general business internship or related experience.

  • Prior experience participating in a team environment.

  • Demonstrated communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of initiative for excellence, results, and process improvement.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels within the business.

  • Willingness to travel as needed.
