Supply Planning Project Execution Lead

Role Overview

The Supply Planning Project Execution Lead is responsible for managing execution of individual Supply Planning projects. This role ensures initiatives move from planning into implementation while coordinating resources, stakeholders, and project activities.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

• Manage project plans and execution schedules.
• Coordinate project activities across functional teams.
• Monitor deliverables and project milestones.
• Drive issue resolution and execution momentum.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Partner with Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Coordinate project resources and participation.
• Ensure timely completion of action items.

Execution Monitoring

• Maintain project reporting and status updates.
• Track risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Ensure implementation readiness.

Success Metrics

• On-time project completion
• Milestone adherence
• Business readiness
• Adoption effectiveness
• Stakeholder feedback

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $105,000-$120,000 + bonus + benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. At Novolex, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
