The Role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth and high-quality experience for every candidate and hiring team. You’ll be responsible for keeping the recruiting process organized, fast-moving, and compliant, helping us grow our team with urgency and precision.


Responsibilities

  • Candidate Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule all interviews across multiple time zones with speed and accuracy.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system, Greenhouse.
  • Job Postings: Draft, edit, and publish job descriptions across multiple channels; help maintain alignment with our employer brand.
  • Offer Coordination: Prepare offer letters, coordinate approvals, and assist with onboarding logistics.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers and people operations to streamline workflows and remove bottlenecks. Occasionally support onboarding practices and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similar administrative role (startup or cybersecurity experience is a plus).
  • Experience working with an ATS like Greenhouse, or similar tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; you’re calm and clear even when priorities shift.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Familiarity with secure data handling and confidentiality requirements.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-trust, and mission-critical environment.

Base Salary Range: $70,000-$100,000


In accordance with applicable state and federal laws, the range provided is Halcyon’s reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and equity in the Company.
