With strong growth across both domestic and international markets, Daniels Health is expanding our Talent Acquisition team and adding a Talent Acquisition Specialist to our Chicago office.

In this role, you'll partner with leaders across the organization to attract, engage, and hire top operational talent. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse portfolio of positions, including roles in Engineering, Transportation, Operations, Plant Management, and Customer Service. You'll also play a key role in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.

We offer a hybrid work environment with two days per week onsite in our Chicago office, giving you the flexibility to do your best work while staying connected to a high-performing team.

What You'll Do
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Create and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop new requisitions and position descriptions
  • Provide guidance and best-practice recommendations on recruitment, compensation, candidate assessment, and selection
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure new hires have a seamless transition into the organization
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and serve as a trusted talent advisor
  • Conduct research on recruitment trends, talent market insights, and HR initiatives as needed
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the Talent Acquisition function
What You'll Bring
  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in either a corporate or agency environment
  • Experience recruiting for operational positions such as leadership in plants, transportation, engineering, and customer service. 
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity principles and recruitment best practices
  • Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional stakeholder experiences
  • Confidence, adaptability, and the ability to think quickly and solve problems
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A positive attitude, sense of humor, and passion for helping people find meaningful careers
