Job Summary & Responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in Technical/Sales Recruiting is required.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for technical or consulting roles supporting enterprise clients or complex customer environments.
  • Considerable industry experience sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates is required.
  • Expertise in the core principles, practices and procedures related to recruiting and staffing
  • Expertise in engaging with hiring managers and driving recruiting initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with internal ATS and VMS applications preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of hourly pay range. A reasonable estimate of the current hourly pay range for this position is $45.00 to $55.00. Actual hourly rate will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.

What will you be doing?

This hourly contract Sr. Recruiter will be focused on sourcing and delivering top talent to WWT's U.S. based Sales organization, specifically within AI Solutioning, Consulting, and Engineering teams. The Sr. Recruiter will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, source, and recruit highly qualified candidates for these specialized roles.  These teams play a critical role in enabling WWT’s customers to achieve digital transformation and technical excellence, driving business outcomes through cutting-edge solutions and expert delivery.  This person will also be responsible for building a pipeline of candidates through social media, job boards, professional associations, and employee referral programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Help drive the company’s overall recruiting efforts specifically for the sales organization, which include being heavily involved with internet recruiting of passive candidates.
  • Serves in an advisory role to managers and supervisors regarding recruitment processes and initiatives.
  • Takes ownership of a specific business area and is responsible for all recruiting activity.
  • Recruits for WWT’s AI technical sales teams across the US and Canada.
  • Screens, organizes, and tracks all applications and resumes within company’s applicant tracking tool.
  • Coordinates and conducts interviews with hiring managers.
  • Understands company’s policies and benefits.
  • Reviews and pre-qualifies potential candidates.
  • Proactive research evaluates new sourcing ideas and methods to create innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Develops passive candidate pipelines through name generation, networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research.
  • Develops a network of business and candidate contacts.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with active and passive candidates for current or future openings.
  • Effectively communicates with executive management, hiring managers, and other internal staff to determine and meet staffing needs.
