Job Role:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master to join our team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in facilitating agile development and ensuring that the Scrum framework is followed effectively. The ideal candidate will have an experience working in a software development environment preferably a solid background in mobile technology, web technology, or mobile/web app development and possess strong project management skills.

Work Experience: 4+ years
Work location: Remote 
Must Have Skills: Scrum, Project Management and Agile Methodology.
Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile/Scrum practices and ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products within deadlines.
  • Ensure the development team understands and follows the Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Facilitate discussion, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
  • Track and report on team progress and metrics to the management.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
  • Coach and mentor team members to continuously improve their Agile/Scrum practices and processes.

Technical Profile

  • Good hands on experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) and mobile technologies (Android, iOS) to communicate with developers effectively, evaluate project feasibility, and make informed decisions based on technical considerations.
  • Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana
  • Excellent leadership quality, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment.
