Job Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university to to provide administrative and clerical support to our operations areas. This temporary role offers hands-on experience in a professional office environment while supporting day-to-day operations and departmental projects.

The duration of this assignment will be based on business needs. We are able to offer flexible shifts and hours.

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and file organization
  • Support team members with daily tasks and departmental needs
  • Assist with special projects and assigned tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and organized documentation

LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The is an individual contributor role

COMPETENCIES - SKILLS

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethics and willingness to learn

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • High school diploma required; some college or relevant experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Environment: This position is in Schaumburg, IL and operation in a professional office environment.

Pay Range:

27,600-$38,600

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan which is based on company performance and individual performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience, education, certifications, skill level and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed here.
