Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Perform daily audits of closed files to ensure accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding risk item checks in accordance with established audit guidelines.
  • Review and update files related to title indemnity and held funds with current notes and status updates.
  • Process and distribute refund checks in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to the Operations Accountant and Corporate Office.
  • Assist with additional post-closing, accounting, and administrative responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

This position requires 3x/week of in-person working at our Schaumburg office.
