The Production Training Analyst team is part of the Production System Training organization and is responsible for leading training, planning, and coordination efforts in support of leaders and employees on the production floor. The successful candidate will be trusted to work independently and utilize superior customer service and communication skill sets in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Position Responsibilities:
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

- Experience working with Boeing Learning Management System
- Experience with scheduling and familiarity with scheduling tools

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in organizing, prioritizing and paying attention to detail and ensuring accuracy
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to solve problems independently
