About the role and team

Uber’s Commercial Sales Enablement team supports our multi-billion dollar Delivery business, including Uber Eats, Grocery & Retail, and Direct lines of business. We equip our sales teams with the capabilities, tools, insights, and processes needed to increase seller and account manager productivity, accelerate growth, and improve merchant outcomes. As the US&C Enablement Lead, you will own the enablement strategy and execution for one of Uber’s largest and most dynamic commercial regions, serving as a strategic partner to Sales, Operations, Product, and global Enablement leaders.

In this role, you will translate global priorities and major product, policy, and technology changes into locally relevant programs while identifying and addressing the unique capability and performance needs of US&C sellers and managers. From accelerating new-hire productivity and strengthening sales and manager capabilities to enabling critical GTM launches and driving adoption of seller technology and AI, you will lead a portfolio of work designed to change seller behavior and improve commercial performance.

This role requires someone who can move seamlessly between strategy and execution, influence senior stakeholders, use data to prioritize where Enablement can have the greatest impact, and lead a team that helps US&C commercial teams perform at their best.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the US&C Revenue Enablement strategy and roadmap, translating commercial priorities, performance data, seller needs, and global initiatives into a focused portfolio of programs that improve seller productivity, capability, and business outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Global Enablement to diagnose performance opportunities, establish priorities, define success measures, and align stakeholders on enablement plans and trade-offs.
  • Drive readiness and adoption for complex product, policy, process, seller technology, and AI transformations, using Uber’s GTM intake and tiering processes to coordinate stakeholder alignment, communications, training, manager reinforcement, launch execution, and post-launch adoption.
  • Build scalable capability programs across the seller lifecycle—including Fast Start onboarding, sales academies, negotiation and solution-selling programs, and frontline manager development—connecting learning to observable seller behaviors and commercial performance.
  • Leverage platforms and data including Seismic, Salesforce, Tableau, conversational intelligence, and emerging AI tools to personalize enablement, improve content discovery, identify performance gaps, measure adoption, and increase seller and manager productivity.
  • Measure enablement effectiveness with a disciplined measurement framework spanning learner readiness, behavior and tool adoption, seller productivity, and business outcomes; maintain accurate reporting and communicate progress, risks, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Lead and develop the US&C Enablement team, setting clear priorities and operating rhythms, allocating capacity across strategic initiatives, GTM launches, and emerging regional needs, and maintaining a high bar for execution quality, stakeholder partnership, and measurable impact.
  • Influence the broader commercial organization through clear, concise executive communication, translating complex initiatives and performance signals into actionable recommendations while proactively surfacing dependencies, competing priorities, and risks to successful execution.

Basic qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Revenue/Sales Enablement, Sales Excellence, Learning & Development, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field, including experience supporting a complex sales or go-to-market organization.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience leading teams, major programs, or cross-functional workstreams with accountability for strategy, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and/or Sales Operations leaders to translate business priorities and performance gaps into scalable enablement solutions.
  • Experience leading complex go-to-market or organizational change initiatives, including product, process, policy, sales methodology, technology, or AI/tool adoption, with responsibility for communications, readiness, execution, reinforcement, and measurement.
  • Experience using sales and enablement technology such as Salesforce and Seismic, or comparable CRM, LMS/content management, analytics, and seller productivity platforms, to manage programs, drive adoption, and evaluate impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to use quantitative and qualitative data to identify performance gaps, prioritize investments, maintain accurate reporting, and measure outcomes such as seller productivity, ramp time, adoption, conversion, or revenue performance.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI and automation to design, deliver, and scale enablement programs, including using AI-powered tools to improve learning, content, workflows, personalization, or seller productivity.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, with demonstrated ability to communicate complex strategies, performance insights, risks, and recommendations clearly and accurately to both executive and frontline audiences.
  • Must be able to work from the designated US&C Uber office/hub according to Uber’s applicable hybrid work schedule and travel within the US&C region as required to support commercial leaders, teams, and key enablement programs.
  • Willingness to travel within US&C as needed (up to 20%).

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Communications, or a related field preferred; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with data and analytics, including the ability to interpret commercial performance data, diagnose productivity and capability gaps, establish success metrics, and translate insights into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Experience supporting enterprise or complex B2B sales organizations, with a strong understanding of sales motions, pipeline management, account management, solution selling, negotiation, and frontline sales management.
  • Experience designing and executing large-scale change management and GTM programs across multiple teams, functions, business lines, or geographies.
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce, Seismic, Tableau, conversational intelligence, AI-powered seller tools, or comparable revenue technology platforms, including driving adoption and measuring business impact.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and practical experience applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve seller productivity, personalize enablement, or simplify commercial workflows.
