Mercedes-Benz of Barrington is seeking a Sales Manager who would focus on the leadership, growth and success of the used car department.
The idyllic candidate for the role would be someone with vast experience in most automotive import brands, who has proven track of effective leadership, who is capable to meet monthly goals and understand the importance of customer service.
Responsibilities:
Inventory management
Supervise pre-owned car sales staff; ability to take T/O’s
Accurately appraise all trade-ins and coordinate all reconditioning
Ensure all aspects of inventory control, pre-owned car lot, advertising, get ready and deliveries are controlled professionally as well as cost-effectively
Responsible for administrating the pre-owned car department’s daily operations and coordinating activities for all department employees
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of a proven track record of success excelling as a Used Car Manager at a high-volume franchise dealership - Mercedes-Benz or Highline experience strongly preferred
Must have experience working with various dealer solutions such as vAuto
Comfortable with excel and other Microsoft office solutions
Strong record of positive CSI ratings
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
