Are you great with people? Do you enjoy helping customers while creating opportunities for yourself? Castle Hyundai of Oak Lawn is looking for a highly motivated Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator to work directly with our service customers and identify opportunities for them to upgrade into a newer vehicle.
With 50+service customers visiting our dealership every day, you'll have a consistent stream of opportunities and a real chance to build a successful career.
What You'll Do
- Meet and assist customers while their vehicles are being serviced
- Identify customers with positive trade equity or upgrade opportunities
- Explain the benefits of upgrading to a new Hyundai
- Present personalized upgrade options based on customer needs
- Schedule appointments and introductions with the sales team
- Follow up with customers using our CRM database and dealership tools
- Stay current on inventory, incentives, and special programs
- Work closely with bot the service and sales departments

This is not a cold-calling position. You'll work directly with customers already doing business with our dealership, creating opportunities to help them lower payments, upgrade features, or simply move into a newer vehicle.
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Comfort with CRM software and dealership management systems
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license
