Salary Range: $80,000-$115,000 USD
Location: Chicago / Dallas / Atlanta
This role is aligned to our hub locations. While we're especially interested in candidates in or near these areas, we welcome applications from outside of these locations as well.
Opportunity for Impact
Applied is where insurance technology gets reinvented, and we build it fast. Our cloud software and AI-powered solutions reach thousands of agencies and brokers worldwide, setting the pace for what modern insurance can do.
We're looking for a Vendor Integration Program Manager to join our Business Operations team and support the operational success of our new, fast-growing Certified Vendor Program and help shape how it scales.
What You'll Do
  • Run the onboarding and renewal process for certified vendors, creating a smooth experience for both vendors and customers.
  • Coordinate end-to-end integration workflows for third-party vendors, tracking milestones and escalating issues as needed.
  • Support vendor billing and fee reconciliation, partnering with Finance and BizOps to keep invoicing and commission payments accurate.
  • Build and maintain vendor performance scorecards and recurring reports that show program health and platform impact.
  • Act as the day-to-day point of contact for vendors' business and technical teams, and keep use cases, contract records and program documentation up to date.
  • Spot ways to streamline processes across business development, BizOps, CX and Product / Engineering, and partner with stakeholders to put improvements in place.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in operations, vendor management, billing or a related function, plus a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience coordinating multi-step projects with internal and external stakeholders, and proficiency in a project management tool such as Jira, Asana or Smartsheet to track milestones and keep everyone informed.
  • A highly organized approach to following and improving workflows, maintaining detailed documentation and managing a growing vendor portfolio, with comfort working with contracts and technical documentation.
  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of reporting tools to build dashboards, scorecards and billing reports, plus the analytical sense to spot trends or discrepancies and turn them into clear recommendations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including preparing reporting materials and presentations for program leadership.

Bonus points if you also have:
  • Experience at a high-growth SaaS company.
  • A track record of documenting existing processes, finding inefficiencies and helping put standardized practices in place for vendor lifecycle management.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and processes are still being defined.

Talent shows up in a lot of different ways, and we mean that. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds and experience levels, including military members and their spouses and those without a traditional degree or tech background. If this role speaks to you, apply.
