$177,500.00 and $295,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Major Responsibilities
- Along with Area Vice Presidents, responsible for ensuring region meets Spectrum customer commitments, e.g., same day service, appointments within two hours, first appointment resolution
- Work with National Field Support to ensure effective and efficient distribution of work to Field Technicians (quota and routing)
- Forecast in-house and contractor resource needs to meet customer and financial demands
- Work with other business units to develop and execute Spectrum field service initiatives, including large-scale projects to install services to business customers, e.g., national retailers, hotels, hospitals, restaurant chains.
- Oversee regional relationships with field service vendors to ensure availability of resources and excellent performance.
- Lead Environmental Health and Safety for the region
- Monitor Field Service metrics and establish appropriate action plans for improvement.
- Develop regional Field Service budget with proper management of capital and operating expenses
- Select, develop and maintain excellent talent at all levels in the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
- Experience: Experience working in the cable/communication business (10+years), management of annual budget preparation and implementation (8 years), senior level management experience (10+years).
- Education: Bachelor's degree or related field experience equivalent; field experience includes management of customer fulfillment process
- History of success in field leadership with proven ability to motivate your team
