In this role you will lead the Integrated Insights & Client Impact function, translating the Integrated Insight's strategy into a scalable operating model for proactive, cross-domain insight delivery. Own the development of client-specific insight vignettes that synthesize data, digital capabilities, analytics, and subject matter expertise across Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence into executive-ready narratives that drive client action and measurable impact.Integrated Insights Execution & Leadership- Translate and partner with the SVP’s Integrated Insights & Delivery strategy into an executable roadmap across Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence.
- Lead the team responsible for creating client-specific insight vignettes focused on high-priority performance, strategy, and value-realization opportunities.
- Establish governance, roles, processes, and performance measures that enable consistent, scalable insight delivery.
- Represent Integrated Insights & Client Impact in senior internal and external forums, executive reporting, and strategic business reviews.
- Translate data, analytics, industry intelligence, and subject matter expertise into integrated, executive-ready perspectives tailored to client priorities.
- Partner with product teams, data science, consulting, research, and strategy intelligence to identify emerging issues and proactive engagement opportunities.
- Ensure insights are timely, credible, concise, and translated into clear recommendations that support executive decision-making.
- Manage integrated insights professionals and analytic engineers aligned to cross-disciplinary Clinical, Operational, and Strategy Intelligence priorities.
- Partner with Analytic Services & Operations to ensure clear handoffs between proactive insight creation and standard, dedicated, and fee-for-service analytics delivery.
- Define service levels, quality controls, and escalation processes that support reliable delivery and measurable client outcomes.
- Advance the use of analytics, AI, automation, reusable content, and standardized frameworks to improve speed, quality, and scalability.
- Build and manage a high-performing team with strong cross-domain analytical, storytelling, collaboration, and enterprise leadership capabilities.
- Develop talent, career paths, and succession plans that support current priorities and the future evolution of integrated insights.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
