In this role, you will lead relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, driving both client outcomes and firm growth. This includes expanding existing relationships, converting new opportunities, and delivering advanced planning strategies across investments, tax, estate, and insurance. This role is designed for advisors who excel at consultative selling, thrive in complex client situations, and are motivated to grow assets under management within a collaborative, team-based environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth of AUM and revenue through expansion of existing client relationships
  • Increase “share of wallet” by integrating multiple services into client relationships
  • Actively manage and advance a pipeline of opportunities using Salesforce
  • Build a book of business by strengthening UHNW client relationships across all products and services, and by growing and retaining assets
  • Provide client service and sales support focused primarily on advice implementation and asset consolidation coordination
  • Identify sales and asset retention opportunities by understanding industry trends and offering personalized advice on services and products
  • Coordinate sales cycle management activities, including follow-through on asset growth opportunities, to ensure timely sales execution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to align client needs with company objectives
  • Help build and maintain the firm’s reputation as a cutting-edge, client-centric organization for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance team environment

  • Ability to lead complex financial conversations with UHNW clients and provide white-glove client support.
  • Effectively engages clients and builds trust by delivering a clear and compelling value proposition.
  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with both internal team members and external clients.
  • Ability to build expertise in Centura’s consulting strategies for UHNW clients.
  • Actively contributes to achieving both individual and team business development goals, while tracking and monitoring progress toward those goals.
  • Adheres to Centura’s sales pipeline management processes using Salesforce, consistently advancing opportunities to close and thrives in a collaborative team environment with aligned professionals.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of key developments in taxation, regulation, legal frameworks, and investment strategies, proactively seeking new planning opportunities that benefit clients.
  • Demonstrates excellent presentation and written communication skills, essential for delivering complex information with clarity and impact.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Series 65 or Series 6
  • Minimum of 6 years of financial advisory experience, with a strong focus on serving UHNW clients.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client relationships within an RIA or broker-dealer environment.
  • Familiarity with corporate restructuring and M&A transactions
  • Proficiency in key software applications, including:
    • Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
    • Salesforce – Preferred
    • Addepar
    • RightCapital
  • Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®), CPA, JD, or LL.M – Preferred
  • California Life Insurance License – Preferred

Expected salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000.
