The Web Implementation Consultant will assist with the consultation, configuration and post-go-live assistance required to successfully onboard a new or current customer to a new product. The Web Implementation Consultant will work with a Project Manager, other Implementation Specialists and Education to ensure that the client is properly set up and that all members are appropriately trained. They will also work with the Product and Development team on diagnosing and resolving system issues and the rollout of new products. Web Implementation Consultants must be motivated, detail-oriented, and results-oriented in this profession. They must coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure successful implementations. The Web Implementation Consultant must possess strong communication skills as they are consulting with customers throughout the life cycle of the project and equally adept at resolving difficult technical challenges should they arise. 


Some of the things you'll do:

  • Serve as the primary resource for Project Managers as we onboard customers to new products.  This entails answering questions during the onboarding process, consulting on product configuration, providing one on one training on new products and post go live support. 
  • Consult with the client to understand their vision and strategy for their website and provide recommendations and effective techniques for web content. 
  • In addition to websites, consultation, configuration and training around the following products and processes: Mobile App, Roster Syncs, APIs, Beacons, Geofencing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. 
  • Determine scope of any custom configurations and builds according to specifications 
  • Engage with clients on best practices to ensure the unified suite of products is being utilized to full functionality 
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects/tasks simultaneously. 
  • Create documentation of standard practices for all tasks and projects 
  • Ability to understand customer business problems and clearly articulate business solutions to solve those problems.   
  • Conduct quality assurance checks of newly built websites and other products, clearly documenting any issues found throughout and communicating them back to the appropriate team.   
  • Troubleshoot and root-cause website and mobile app related issues. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, client responsiveness, and thorough communication. 
  • Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization (Project Management, Support, Product Management, Development, Sales). 
  • Interact with and coordinate the involvement of cross-functional teams as needed to meet project objectives 
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on client feedback and feature requests 
  • Collaborate with Support Staff and Leadership when customers are ready to be transitioned to Support.  Call out any unique client configurations and possible knowledge gaps that may need to be addressed in Support.

You'll need: 

  • Ability to handle multiple projects across different product lines (Website, CRM, Reservation, Accounting/POS System) 
  • Operational knowledge of Relational Databases, Database Schema, SQL, VBScript and Microsoft Excel 
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, API and CSS 
  • Proficiency with CSS and HTML Knowledge 
  • Proven work experience in software or website product quality assurance 
  • Experience in Project Management paired with a strong understanding of customer support. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly, demonstrating patience with users during the training process. 
  • Detail-oriented, has strong time and relationship management abilities, and excels in team development. 
  • Self-driven with a strong desire to teach clients on best practices and how to get the most out of their products 
  • Exceptional organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking. 
  • 4+ years of relevant and progressive experience  
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred  
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, active listening skills, ability to maintain composure, and self-motivation are all required.
