As a Registered Nurse in Home Health, you will provide nursing care in patients' homes, coordinate care with healthcare professionals, document assessments, and ensure quality service while participating in teamwork and orientation of new staff.

The LPN will assist cardiologists in a clinic setting, performing tasks like entering orders, refilling medications, and patient education.

Provide total nursing care in assigned critical care/med-surg/telemetry areas: assess, plan, implement, document, and evaluate nursing interventions; manage telemetry and dysrhythmias; provide pre/post-operative care; act as charge/resource nurse as needed; participate in QA, committees, training, and maintain competencies while following safety and infection control policies.

The Complex Case Manager RN oversees a panel of members, assessing health management needs, creating care plans, and coordinating interventions to improve health outcomes.

Provide bedside nursing care in an inpatient operating room setting using nursing process. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; delegate appropriately; use evidence-based practice; educate patients and families; participate in quality improvement, continuing professional development, and unit accreditation activities. Must meet licensure, BLS certification, and minimum experience requirements.

Provide direct hemodialysis nursing care as an LPN: assess and document patients, assist with treatment plans under RN direction, initiate/terminate dialysis via AV accesses and CVCs, administer IVP medications, maintain CVC care, and follow regulatory and departmental standards.
