Responsibilities include vendor sourcing, pre-bid meetings, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Occasional travel is required.

Lead multi-site snow removal and base operations teams, develop operational objectives, policies, training and budgets, ensure safety and readiness, analyze performance metrics, manage vendors/customers, and travel frequently to support operations.
