Through cohort and online experiences, Bonfire women will learn how to apply & amplify their voices and individual perspectives to Matter More. Our work is based on the assumption that when women show up, stand out, and break through at work they are not only able to make their workplace work for them, but for everyone around them as well. This is how we All Rise. We want to seize the momentum of this moment and do something to change the picture. Not just for women, but for everyone. There's a lot of heat around supporting women in the workplace. Let's build a Bonfire. Bonfire women are at “rising star” phases in their career - they are making critical decisions about their future but are not yet considered executive-level (average of 8-12 years of experience). Her job title is not important. We care about who this woman is, not what she does. We are industry agnostic; the world needs Bonfire women in all walks of life. Women are multidimensional and we strive to represent the full diversity of women. This means we intentionally seek to include, welcome and embrace women across spectrums of race, ethnicity, ability, faith, sexual orientation and people who exist outside of the gender binary.
