Leads SAP Financials technical design, ABAP development, configuration, integration, testing, support, and global deployment activities. Partners with business leaders, develops RICEW solutions, contributes to architecture and proof-of-concept initiatives, coordinates project schedules, provides training, manages risks, and drives continuous process improvements. The role also supports SAP FI/CO integrations with SD and MM and participates in an on-call rotation for system emergencies.

Leads SAP FI/CO functional and technical design, configuration, deployment, testing, support, and continuous improvement globally. Partners with business leaders, developers, vendors, and IT teams to translate finance processes into ERP solutions. Oversees analysts, training, project schedules, risk analysis, buy-versus-build decisions, audits, compliance documentation, and SAP integration initiatives across ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Supports global SAP financial systems through ABAP development, configuration, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, architecture, training, and continuous improvement. Partners with business leaders and vendors to translate requirements into SAP solutions, develop RICEW components, manage enhancements and implementations, and support compliance audits. The role requires manufacturing knowledge, SAP FI/CO expertise, project coordination, customer communication, and participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
