Provides timely, friendly meal service to residents and guests; delivers and serves meals, prepares dining areas and trays, assists with food preparation, follows diet and portion-control requirements, maintains sanitation, cleans kitchenettes and dining areas, washes dishes, restocks supplies, and records food and equipment temperatures.

Answers calls, greets visitors, assists residents and guests, monitors emergency notifications, manages visitor logs, distributes mail and packages, directs marketing appointments, provides tours, and supports administration while maintaining confidentiality.

Direct plant operations, maintenance, transportation, security, fire protection, budgets, preventative maintenance, and capital construction projects for a community. Perform hands-on repairs, supervise personnel, coordinate contractors and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, manage transportation scheduling and vehicle maintenance, and oversee project budgets, plans, invoices, and completion. Maintain sanitation, waste disposal, and safety policies while serving as liaison to corporate leadership and government agencies.

Executes and supervises resident activities in an assisted and independent living community. Responsibilities include planning programs, encouraging participation, assisting with resident transportation, completing departmental forms, providing clerical support, answering phones, and caring for pet-therapy animals. Serves as the department contact when the Director is absent and supports off-site activities as needed.

Supports resident quality of life by planning and leading recreational activities, therapeutic engagement, outings, and community events. Encourages participation, assists residents with transportation, documents activities and progress, maintains engagement spaces and supplies, supports volunteers and new staff, and completes administrative and compliance tasks. The role requires compassionate communication, basic technology skills, and collaboration with residents, families, and community teams.

Leads sales, marketing, occupancy, pre-sales, and fill-up efforts for a senior living community expansion. Develops and executes strategic marketing plans, achieves entrance-fee apartment pre-sale targets, manages sales and marketing staff, oversees CRM and pipeline performance, builds referral and community partnerships, and ensures regulatory-compliant communications. The role also supports budgeting, reporting, customer experience through move-in, and coordination with development, operations, finance, and marketing teams.

Directs plant operations, maintenance, transportation, security, safety, and fire prevention for a community. Manages preventive maintenance, repairs, budgets, vendors, contractors, capital improvements, construction projects, transportation scheduling, regulatory compliance, and waste disposal procedures. Serves as a liaison with corporate offices, contractors, and government agencies while supervising maintenance personnel and ensuring projects meet safety, regulatory, and budget requirements.

Serves meals to residents, sets dining tables, buses dining rooms, washes dishes and cookware, maintains kitchen and dining-area cleanliness, stores clean dishes, disposes of garbage, and follows dining services policies. No experience is required, though dining services experience is preferred. Exceptional customer service skills and a high school diploma or GED are required.

Supports resident wellbeing by planning, leading, and documenting recreational, social, and therapeutic activities. Encourages participation, assists with outings and transportation, maintains activity spaces and supplies, supports volunteers and new staff, and completes administrative and regulatory documentation. Provides compassionate engagement with residents and families while collaborating across departments and using LifeLoop, medical records, and training systems.
