Senior Technical Support Engineer: act as a technical advisor for customers using mobile and embedded SDKs. Diagnose and resolve production issues across Android, iOS, and Flutter (including native C/C++ crashes and symbolicated logs), support RESTful APIs and cloud services, and provide root-cause analysis for high-visibility escalations.
