Measures training effectiveness, identifies knowledge gaps, and iterates content to drive adoption. Works independently, adapts delivery to learner needs, and focuses on real-world application. Remote role requiring US citizenship or green card.

Support enterprise reporting and financial system transformation by defining reporting strategy, executing cutover, ensuring data integrity during migrations, analyzing reporting logic, gathering and validating business and technical requirements, enabling UAT, and engaging stakeholders across business, finance, IT, and QA.
