We’re building NewAppetite to help showcase up-and-coming artists and tracks alongside the trendsetting fans who find them first. And we don’t think recommendation algorithms can do that. We prefer humans to robots. There’s an insane amount of unknown, unsigned talent online getting lost in the social fray. We definitely don’t do Billboard, or even anything over 65,000 plays. For the first time ever, fans hold more sway over music culture than the industry. We want you to get messy in all of it. This is digital crate digging.
