Optimist Youth Homes & Family Services, the operating name of Optimist Boys’ Home and Ranch, is a Los Angeles nonprofit serving children, young adults, and families affected by trauma, foster care, behavioral or mental-health needs. It provides residential and outpatient care, foster care and adoption, family preservation, transitional housing, counseling, education, and supportive programs using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices to build resilience and successful futures.
