Manage end-to-end order and opportunity processes for the global sales team, coordinating customers and internal teams. Maintain Salesforce records, support invoicing with Finance, provide order status updates, and assist sales activities to drive pipeline and revenue.

Support operation, maintenance, calibration, and characterization of quantum hardware and dilution refrigerators. Assist assembly, testing, and optimization of experimental platforms, working closely with physicists and engineers to maintain a world-class research lab.

Serve as the technical bridge between Quantum Machines and customers: lead implementation and integration of QM solutions, provide best-practice guidance for quantum control, manage technical account relationships, translate customer requirements into actionable solutions, and collaborate with R&D to optimize product delivery.

Work with customers to design, implement, and optimize quantum control workflows on real hardware. Troubleshoot software and experiment-integration issues, develop and maintain Python-based application code and tools, document best practices, and collaborate with product, R&D, hardware, and software teams to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.

The Sales Manager will drive sales in North America for Quantum Machines by managing the sales cycle, developing business plans, uncovering customer needs, and coordinating with internal teams to maximize customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Design, build, and deploy machine learning systems for controlling quantum processors. Develop reinforcement learning and Bayesian methods for QEC calibration, and work cross-functionally with product and R&D teams.
