Provide end-to-end technical support to global quantum computing customers. Troubleshoot experimental setups across quantum modalities, investigate hardware and software issues, collaborate with R&D on long-term solutions, communicate workarounds, support hardware installations, document resolutions, and travel globally to customer sites. The role requires experimental physics expertise, Python proficiency, and strong technical communication skills.

Own the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based technology roles across physics, software, product, sales, business development, and customer success. Partner with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, screen and assess candidates, manage pipelines, coordinate interviews, and deliver a strong candidate experience. Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team while managing multiple searches independently.

Manage end-to-end order and opportunity processes for the global sales team, coordinating customers and internal teams. Maintain Salesforce records, support invoicing with Finance, provide order status updates, and assist sales activities to drive pipeline and revenue.
