Leads U.S. market development and strategic account growth for high-value buyer accounts. Develops data-informed strategies to increase participation, share of wallet, retention, and service adoption. Manages and develops the Marketplace Demand team, guides consultative account planning, identifies customer growth opportunities, resolves systemic issues with cross-functional partners, and represents buyer needs in product and process improvements.

Manages assigned broker accounts within the IAA marketplace, driving growth, buyer activity, profitability, and share of wallet. Oversees account relationships, lifecycle management, compliance, corrective actions, performance analysis, and business reviews. Coordinates with Marketplace Demand, Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support to resolve issues, improve customer experience, and implement scalable account solutions.

Lead design and delivery of major Azure-based data systems and production-grade pipelines. Build semantic models, support BI and ML workloads, drive platform architecture and standards, mentor engineers, and solve performance, reliability, and scalability challenges across Fabric, Synapse, Power BI, and broader Azure services.
