Coordinates daily manufacturing production to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets. Assigns work, directs and develops production employees, monitors workflow and performance, resolves operational issues, verifies product quality, enforces safety and manufacturing procedures, collaborates with shipping, receiving, maintenance, quality, and management teams, and supports continuous improvement initiatives.

Operate and feed printing presses per job tickets, monitor runs to prevent jams, transfer paper using material handling equipment, perform routine press maintenance, report issues, follow safety rules, and work nights/weekends as needed.

The Print Sales Associate provides sales support, manages orders, handles customer issues, and participates in the sales process while collaborating with sales representatives.
