Job Overview:

In this role, you will manage and nurture relationships with target clients, acting as a strategic partner to optimize Snapsheet’s Appraisal Service. You’ll develop and execute account plans, identify revenue opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to introduce new products. Additionally, you will lead client communications, analyze usage data, and ensure low-usage customers receive necessary training for optimal product utilization. Your expertise will drive user and enterprise adoption while providing clients with valuable insights and results.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the relationships with target clients 
  • Build and execute account plans for your assigned accounts by understanding key decision makers, org charts, product utilization and new revenue opportunity
  • Act as a strategic partner to your clients - deeply understanding where opportunities and friction exists and by partnering with them to implement or tune Snapsheet’s offering. 
  • Act as a SME for the Snapsheet Appraisal Service offering understanding where and how we drive value for each customer. 
  • Collaborate with internal Stakeholders to introduce new products to existing clients where applicable.
  • Manage ongoing client communication including regularly scheduled meetings/calls and provide exceptional follow up, written reports and presentation. 
  • Analyze and develop strategies to increase user-level and enterprise-wide adoption
  • Review learning and education plans to ensure customers with low usage are provided with additional training/education to fully optimize usage of Snapsheet Products
  • Document communication with users and accounts accurately and in a timely manner via system tools. Ensure that issues are escalated appropriately to appropriate internal departments and management
  • Regularly review and analyze data identifying the most relevant and impactful quantitative results to add value and insight to your clients business.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or account management within the insurance space
  • Strong understanding of insurance claims 
  • Experience working with Insurtech, insurance carriers, or fintech preferred
  • Ability to travel as needed 
  • Proven track record implementing internal process improvements
  • Proven success developing and maintaining superior client relationships, delivering results, and anticipating roadblocks
  • Proven track record illustrating unique and compelling value propositions for clients and educating the customer on cutting edge technology and services
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong background in data analysis & reporting

Compensation that Grows with You

For this position, the base salary range is $85,000-105,000 plus annual bonus incentives. While this range serves as a guideline, your actual compensation will reflect your unique experience and skill set.
