Kunes Auto Group has 40+ dealerships and is one of the fastest growing dealerships in the Midwest. We're seeking naturally upbeat individuals who thrive on making connections and enjoy a vibrant, team-oriented environment. As a Business Development Manager, you'll be the friendly voice setting appointments and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Excellent role for someone with prior BDC, Car Sales or Call Center experience.

What You’ll Own

  • Lead Conversion: Turn inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments
  • Outbound Execution: Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence
  • Appointment Quality: Not just setting—setting appointments that show and sell
  • Follow-Up Discipline: Relentless, structured follow-up that drives results
  • CRM Mastery: Accurate notes, pipeline tracking, and task management

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years experience in BDC, Auto Sales or Call Center Required
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred

Compensation

  • Hourly + Commission Structure
  • On-Target Earnings: $72,000 - $120,000.00 (based on experience and performance)
  • No cap for high performers
