The CoBrand External Sales lead will have the mandate to growth external sales across our 20+ MM Cobrand customers. This leader will work across partner teams, marketing, finance, analytics, and risk to set strategy and will own sales targets horizontally across CRS.  The successful candidate will be analytical in nature, with a strong data & science-based approach to grow wallet share. The individual will work closely with marketing, partner management, risk, digital, technology teams across CRS and will have following responsibilities:

The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to:

  • Development and implementation of analytics to drive business growth and deliver on financial commitments

  • Build and lead a team of onshore/ offshore analysts to drive the CRS external spend programs across CRS

  • Lead development of full suite of analytical tools to identify growth recommendations for CRS external spend programs with a prioritization engine to identify & execute projects

  • Collaborate and influence business partners to implement strategies capitalizing on opportunities identified through analytical insights

  • Lead testing agenda to continuously learn and drive innovations; build strong cross functional working relationships

  • Be accountable for audit and control requirement; understand regulatory implications and develop mitigation / opportunity strategies.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Financial Services experience, with a deep expertise in the financial services, card industry and partnerships and data analysis

  • Create, manage and execute target segment level strategy across CRS; deliver plan sales and revenue across CRS for these programs

  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building skills and ability to communicate complex subjects in concise simple language; exhibit exceptional influencing skills to drive alignment and successful outcome

  • Strong project management skills to lead large cross functional initiatives

  • Highly intuitive financial acumen, deep analytical expertise in statistical modeling with a focus on innovation using big data/machine learning and data driven analysis

  • Problem solving skills with a passion to drive analytical innovation

  • A track record of being a thought leader and able to effectively manage a large team of professionals to drive business growth, while also being a team player and can build/maintain relationship across functional lines of business with which this role shares responsibilities

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required/ Graduate Degree Preferred – in the areas of quantitative fields such as Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Behavioral Sciences.

$156,160.00 - $234,240.00
