Compensation

  • Year 1 Expected Earnings → $65,000

This position is for someone who is interested in energy and real estate and wants to be a part of a fast growing, hungry company. 

The person for this job is naturally tenacious and relentless in anything they do. They are a highly motivated self-starter that enjoys working in a results-oriented environment. 

This person is excited to hunt for new business. They appreciate the challenge of learning a new industry/role and the opportunity to grow within a company.

Objectives of this Role

  • Set exploratory meetings with prospective commercial real estate clients in order to source opportunities for your VP of Sales
  • Learn about the commercial real estate and energy procurement industries

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Grow your network to create more new customer opportunities
  • Qualify companies to see if they are a good fit for our target market 
  • Make 350+ cold calls per week
  • Cold email prospective customers 
  • Book 2-3 meetings per week
  • Sit in on Exploratory meetings with your VP of Sales

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Highly competitive 
  • Ability to work independently / Self-Motivated
