Who you’ll be working with

You’ll join our engineering team, collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to architect scalable, high-performing headless CMS solutions. You’ll work with enterprise clients to shape technical strategy, guide best practices, and ensure seamless integration with their broader digital ecosystems.

What you’ll be doing

  • Architecting, developing, and optimizing headless CMS solutions using platforms like Sanity, Builder, and Contentful
  • Integrating headless CMS platforms with front-end frameworks such as Next.js to create scalable, high-performing digital experiences
  • Leading technical discussions and providing expertise in CMS architecture, workflows, and best practices
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and account executives, to deliver solutions that align with client objectives
  • Working in various stages of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales, discovery, execution, and maintenance
  • Engaging directly with clients to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure seamless project execution
  • Supporting hiring and team growth initiatives by mentoring junior developers and contributing to recruitment efforts as needed

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

  • 5+ years of experience with hands-on CMS experience
  • Deep experience with at least one of the following headless CMS platforms: Sanity, Builder, Contentful, Contentstack, or Storyblok
  • Proficiency in Next.js and other front-end frameworks to support CMS integrations.
  • Experience integrating headless CMS platforms into various ecosystems, including eCommerce solutions
  • Understanding of performance optimization, data modeling, and API design
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a client-facing capacity

Bonus Points for these (Preferred Experience)

  • eCommerce experience, particularly with CMS-driven storefronts
  • Cloud and DevOps familiarity (AWS, Vercel, Netlify, etc.)
  • Previous experience working in an agency or consulting environment
  • Familiarity with security and compliance best practices

Benefits and Salary

  • $140,000.00- $170,000.00, the rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
