We are looking for you to join our team as a Data Analyst 2 based out of Rolling Meadows, IL.  The selected candidate will be part of the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) team within our Mission Survivability Systems organization, which supports our Infrared Countermeasures product line.

The Data Analyst plans and coordinates preparation of program documentation, such as system and software documentation, entry into the engineering systems of record, and coordination to ensure documentation is released on time. Coordinates modification of records for management control. Establishes change orders and prepares for change authorization and documentation. The successful candidate will use their keen sense of urgency, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail and initiative to keep projects on schedule.

This role will be full-time and on-site in our Mission Survivability Systems group in Rolling Meadows, IL.

Basic Qualifications for Data Management Analyst:
- Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience working in a corporate engineering or manufacturing setting; OR Master’s Degree and 0+ years of experience

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven written/communication and analytical skills and proven ability to handle detail-oriented work processes

- Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

- Must have a good understanding of Excel including creating reports, spreadsheets, and tables and proficient in manipulating data and formats of spreadsheets.

 - Must have excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers.

 - Must be detail oriented and can follow processes.

-  Prior experience with managing document revisions and lifecycles.

-  Clearance:  Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience working with complex databases i.e. SAP, TcE (PDM), or other product data management systems
- Familiarity with requirements development, requirements verification, and engineering production activities

- Experience with Jira/Confluence

- Experience with LaTeX

Primary Level Salary Range: $72,400.00 - $108,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
