Lead the vision for data-driven products—your strategic mindset and technical acumen will turn ideas into impactful solutions that shape the future. This role is for someone who thrives on translating complex finance data needs into clear, actionable direction. You will help shape how finance data products are defined, prioritized, and delivered—so leaders can make decisions with confidence. You’ll connect dots across teams, unblock progress, and keep work organized from idea to launch. Most importantly, you’ll bring people together to deliver outcomes that matter.

As a Product Associate on the Business Banking Finance Data and Insights Team, you will lead the definition and delivery of finance-focused data product requirements, guiding cross-functional teams from early discovery through release. You'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, technology, and product partners to translate complex needs into clear, actionable plans—while maintaining strong delivery hygiene in Jira. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving environment, create clarity where priorities compete, and help teams align on what “done” looks like.

  • Coordinate across multiple teams to drive alignment, resolve blockers, and keep delivery on track
  • Maintain high-quality Jira epics and stories
  • Partner with technology and data teams to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and well understood
  • Independently drive end-to-end readiness for testing and release
  • Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to a wide range of stakeholders in clear, concise language
  • Identify process improvements that reduce friction and help teams execute consistently

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, data/analytics, or finance technology delivery
  • Proficient in SQL query writing with knowledge of data warehousing (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS)
  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating them into delivery-ready artifacts (epics/stories/acceptance criteria)
  • Ability to bring clarity to complex, ambiguous problem spaces and drive decisions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams (finance, product, technology, operations) to deliver outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills—able to tailor messages to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to influence without formal authority and align teams toward shared goals

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience supporting finance reporting, performance management, or financial data use cases
  • Knowledge of data product concepts such as data quality, lineage, metadata, or controls
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting ecosystems (dashboards, self-service reporting, or similar)
