Sales Executive – New Business Development

Many strong salespeople get stuck in organizations where process slows them down, approvals delay decisions, and pipeline growth stalls. If you perform best when you have the freedom to act, adapt, and push opportunities forward, this role was built for you. 

LeadingIT is looking for a high-output sales professional responsible for creating and closing new business opportunities. This is not a passive account management role. Your focus will be developing new relationships, identifying business challenges, and converting opportunities into clients.

Our all-inclusive total compensation and benefits package for this role includes: 

  • Salary is based on your experience, drive and the value you can bring our company; and is in the range of $60,000 per year, with OTE of $160,000-$195,000 annually.  
  • We provide 100% company paid health, dental, life, and vision benefits – value of $5,500 to $19,000/year 
  • We match 5% of your contributions to Guideline 401k – value of 5% of salary. 
  • Open Door PTO policy 
  • Company provided gear as well as company clothing.
