Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer 

The Role 

Axiom is seeking a Director of Marketing Programs to lead the development, execution, and optimization of demand generation programs that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and revenue retention. This role will be responsible for developing integrated marketing programs across the full marketing mix, including email, webinars, continuing legal education (CLEs), and events, as well as optimizing digital demand generation in partnership with Axiom’s digital team. 

As a key leader in the marketing organization, the Director of Marketing Programs will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and IT, to ensure alignment with Axiom’s business objectives. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, innovative thinker with a proven track record of building marketing pipeline and driving lead conversion all the way through the funnel in partnership with Sales. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership & Program Development 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing programs strategy to drive awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement in the US and key international markets (UK, Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore). 
  • Oversee the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including webinars, email marketing, continuing legal education (CLEs), events, partner marketing, and more.  
  • Align marketing programs with business goals, ensuring measurable impact on revenue and client retention. 
  • Partner closely with the Sales teams to drive alignment and optimize go-to-market strategies. 

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing 

  • Lead demand generation efforts, including email marketing, webinars, CLEs, events and targeted campaigns, to drive high-quality leads. Work in close partnership with BDR team, Solution Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Digital teams to drive alignment and maximize impact. 
  • Leverage generative AI, marketing automation, and CRM tools to optimize lead nurturing, conversion rates, and customer acquisition efforts. 
  • Track marketing performance metrics and KPIs to assess marketing effectiveness and continually refine program performance. 

Field Marketing 

  • Oversee Axiom’s field marketing activities in the UK and APAC regions.  
  • Integrate international field marketing efforts with Axiom’s global marketing calendar and help implement programs that maximize marketing pipeline in Axiom’s international markets.  

Team Leadership & Collaboration 

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing programs team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. 
  • Collaborate with BDR team, Solution Marketing, Marketing Communications, and Digital teams to ensure consistency and cohesion across all marketing initiatives. 
  • Work with internal stakeholders to leverage data insights and market intelligence for continuous optimization. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on demand generation, integrated marketing programs, and revenue growth. 
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within professional services, legal, or technology industries. 
  • Strong background in digital marketing and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). 
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. 

Axiom’s total rewards philosophy is to be transparent and equitable with all job candidates. The annual base salary range for this role is $180,000-$190,000 and you will be eligible to participate in our cash bonus plan which on target would be 25% of your base salary for a Director role in the Marketing team. Please note that the final compensation is determined by several considerations, including the quality of your experience and expertise, your ability to immediately contribute to Axiom, your potential to move up to the next level, the market you are located in, and other business considerations.
