How You’ll Grow

  • Drive company-wide strategy at the intersection of healthcare technology, regulatory compliance, and public policy.
  • Elevate your professional standing as a prominent health policy thought leader across national conferences, client summits, and industry panels.
  • Deepen direct working relationships with federal policy officials and key regulatory governing bodies.
  • Scale and mentor a high-performing public policy research and regulatory data team.

Things You’ll Do

  • Monitor & Interpret Policy: Track developments across the health policy landscape to inform product, marketing, and operational strategy.
  • Lead Government Liaisons: Act as the primary organizational liaison to CMS, NQF, AHRQ, and related governmental or public policy entities.
  • Develop Corporate Positions: Draft, review, and submit official comment letters and position statements for rulemaking and requests for information (RFIs).
  • Author & Present Policy Content: Produce regulatory updates for clients and present policy trends at client meetings and industry events.
  • Direct Public Policy Team: Manage Policy Analysts and Senior Regulatory Data Analysts, guiding research projects, annual performance goals, and department budgets.
