The Email Marketing Assistant will support the execution and optimization of email campaigns in HubSpot, ensure accuracy, collaborate with teams, monitor performance, and assist with A/B testing.
This is a remote position.
The Email Marketing Assistant will support the execution, organization, and optimization of email marketing campaigns using HubSpot. This person will work closely with the marketing team to build engaging email templates, maintain campaign accuracy, and ensure smooth execution of email initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a collaborative remote environment. This is a full time position from 12 pm - 9 pm EST
- Build and schedule email campaigns inside HubSpot
- Create and edit email templates while maintaining brand consistency
- Review campaigns carefully to ensure accuracy in formatting, links, segmentation, and scheduling
- Support campaign testing and quality assurance before launch
- Assist with organizing email assets, lists, and workflows within the CRM
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing initiatives efficiently
- Monitor campaign performance and support reporting efforts
- Help maintain organized marketing documentation and processes
- Assist with A/B testing initiatives when applicable
- Support ongoing optimization of email marketing strategies
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using HubSpot Email Builder
- Experience supporting or managing email marketing campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace
- 1- 2 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Experience creating and editing marketing emails in HubSpot
- Understanding of CRM platforms and audience segmentation
- Familiarity with campaign testing and reporting
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
- Previous A/B testing experience is preferred
- Experience working with marketing, advertising, or e-commerce companies is a plus
- HubSpot certifications are considered a strong advantage
