Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in customer support services
- 2 or more years' experience working with document compliance related fields
- 3+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
- Experience in data analysis
- 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office tool suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
