- Collaborate with maintenance technicians/managers and production leadership to establish schedules for equipment and systems
- Create and analyze reports and equipment data to identify potential issues and develop maintenance strategies to prevent breakdowns or failures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment histories, maintenance logs
- Manage computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or other relevant software to facilitate documentation and analysis of maintenance data; ensuring accurate documentation
- Participate in cross-functional teams to implement improvement initiatives and ensure effective maintenance practices
- Generates reports to monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly performance (KPIs)
- Recommend and implement continuous process improvements
- Analyzes and improves facilities methods and conditions.
- Coordinates activities with other company organizations and customers.
