The Business Management Intern will support the Global McDonald's Business Unit (MBU) in delivering exceptional service to one of McCain's most iconic global customers: McDonald's. For nearly 50 years, McCain has proudly supplied McDonald's with its world-famous fries and hash browns.
Reporting to the Director, Global MBU, this hands-on internship provides meaningful exposure to the management of a global commercial account. You'll help support day-to-day account activities, prepare insights and materials for internal and customer discussions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners such as Supply Chain, Quality, Category & Consumer Insights, Sustainability, Culinary, and Digital

Compensation Package: $23.00 - $26.00 USD hourly wage equivalent, paid as a non-exempt salary.

What you'll be doing.
- Support account management activities for a global customer, helping keep priorities, deliverables, and communications on track
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for internal leadership and customer-facing meetings
- Assist with compiling, analyzing, and summarizing data to support business reviews, performance tracking, and insights including exposure to Power BI where applicable
- Help maintain trackers, dashboards, and documentation related to key initiatives and account deliverables
- Coordinate inputs from cross-functional partners including Supply Chain, Quality, Digital, Sustainability, and Agriculture
- Supporting ad‑hoc requests as business priorities evolve
- Learn and adapt as part of a flexible role designed to maximize hands-on experience and development
What you'll need to be successful.
- A passion for McDonald's Fries
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Business, Marketing, Management, or related program; entering your 3rd or 4th year
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in sales, account management, or commercial roles within a global organization
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable taking initiative
- Exposure to or interest in Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus
