About the role .
The Sales Analyst, CRM & Sales Enablement will support the Sales and Operations Planning team by providing strategic CRM insights and tactical support across the Sales organization and cross-functional partners. This role requires an independent, detail-oriented professional who can organize and transform Salesforce data into actionable insights and clear presentations for leadership.
The ideal candidate is highly task-driven, comfortable working collaboratively across teams, and confident presenting to large groups both virtually and in person. This role will play a key part in enhancing how our organization uses Salesforce data to drive visibility, efficiency, and smarter decision-making.
What You'll Be Doing...
  • Support the CRM Manager with analysis, reporting, and data management related to Salesforce and other CRM initiatives
  • Manage standardized North American sales reporting, business performance tracking, and customer data setup and maintenance
  • Cleanse, organize, and optimize Salesforce data to improve accessibility and usability for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and executive use
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT) to improve CRM processes and data accuracy
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide actionable insights for regional and global CRM projects
  • Identify and recommend system or process improvements that enhance CRM effectiveness and user experience

What You'll Bring...
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, analytics, or finance
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred (Foodservice industry experience is an asset)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (or similar data and presentation tools)
  • Comfortable presenting data and insights to large groups, both virtually and in person
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated ownership of tasks and commitment to continuous improvement

Compensation Package : $58,800.00 - $78,500.00 . USD annually + Bonus eligibility
The above reflects the target compensation range for the position at the time of posting. Hiring compensation will be determined based on experience, skill set, education and training, and other organizational needs. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
